When booking your cleaning, you’ll complete a short questionnaire form that tells us more about your property. We use your answers to establish the final price. We dont need to come out to do an estimate if needed we will request pictures, videos and if that doesn’t work we will charge you a $50.00 upfront estimate fee to come your property and if you decide to use our services that $50 will be applied to your cleaning fee.
What's the difference between a Deep Cleaning verses a Standard Cleaning?
Deep Cleaning
Cleaning deep is quite labor- intensive as it requires a considerable amount of detail as well as additional time. When cleaning deep, we must pay particular attention to every crack and crevice, sometimes cleaning the same area twice or three times is necessary to achieve perfection. In addiction to cleaning refrigerators and oven interiors, dusting and washing baseboards, window glass, light fixtures, wall sockets, vacuuming behind sofa cushions, under furniture, degreasing of kitchen appliances, intense shower cleaning, fronts and backs of doors, trash removal, cabinet interiors, wall spot washing, stove hoods, backsplash, wall sockets, washing blinds and all interior & exterior of property.
Standard Cleaning
In general, this cleaning is very simple but very thorough. It includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting furniture-appliances & for the most part wiping down furniture and appliances. There is no interior cleaning included in this cleaning, only exterior cleaning. Your dust or dirt level must be low or medium for you to qualify for a standard cleaning, otherwise, we will recommend that you have a deep cleaning.
Post Constuction Cleaning
After a property has been renovated, the majority of contractors leave behind debris from their work. This debris appears as white powder dust and removing it is very tedious and requires a great deal of attention to detail. The removal of debris dust differs significantly from the removal of traditional dust. The debris dust is much thicker and travels predominantly on floors, windows, walls, countertops, etc. This is a labor intensive procedure.
Recurring Cleaning
It refers to the fact that your house has recently been professionally cleaned within a period of two to six weeks, and it is in a very good condition. This will provide you with a standard cleaning option in order to maintain the cleanliness of your property.
Move in-out Cleaning
The majority of the time, this type of cleaning involves the interior and exterior of the appliances. As part of this type of cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting are all required. The property’s cleanliness will be guaranteed for the next occupants by removing all trash, as well as making sure the place is spotless.
Hoarder - Extreme Cleaning
Cleaning of this nature usually requires a thorough discussion with the person responsible for cleaning to develop a game plan. The process may require the removal of unwanted items and organization before we can begin cleaning. Oftentimes, this can be a very emotional situation, which is why some of these processes can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to complete
